Guidant Global powered by Vertage is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcing Partner to support a major UK programme. The role involves high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, close client collaboration and regular onsite visits in the Southwest, with a 37.5-hour rota (8-5/9-6) and hybrid working in the UK Southwest area.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate with sourcing and onboarding teams, and manage candidate communications while travelling to client sites as needed.

• Staffing services recruitment experience desirable.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct onsite visits in the Southwest area to understand workforce needs.
• Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and our contingent workforce.
• Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure service levels are met.
• Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
• Work a 37.5 hour rota (8-5 and 9-6).
