Guidant Global powered by Vertage is seeking a proactive Talent Resourcing Partner to support a major programme across the UK. Hybrid role with travel to client locations in the UK Southwest; salary around 29k plus benefits, with a 37.5-hour rota (8-5 and 9-6).

You will manage high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. The role requires regular onsite visits in the Southwest and occasional travel to London, with excellent

• Experience in staffing services recruitment is desirable.
• Comfortable with travel to client sites.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Conduct regular onsite client visits in the Southwest area (≈25% of role).
• Regular contact with candidates and contingent workforce, updating availability and managing performance.
• Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability.
• Work with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and service delivery.
