Job summary

Randstad Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Talent Advisor to support a global market leader in industrial automation, based in the UK. You will recruit for contract roles across blue and white collar positions, promoting client values and delivering a high‑quality experience on a fast‑paced MSP program.

The role requires on‑site presence in Birmingham one day per week with travel to client sites across the UK, and a focus on governance, data reporting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure

Qualifications

• MSP experience or MSP environment familiarity.
• Proficient with VMS systems (Fieldglass a plus).
• Confident with data, reports and insights.
• Experience partnering with suppliers.
• Experience in projects with international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions across blue and white‑collar roles.
• Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers with market data.
• Ensure governance and compliance within regulated sectors.
• Build trust with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Drive efficiency through VMS engagement and accurate reporting.
