Job summary

Intec Select Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 6‑month contract in London to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across software engineering and product roles.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding for permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting staff. You will partner with hiring managers and HR, drive improvements to recruitment processes, and use data to inform decisions in a global, matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
• Strong senior-level experience recruiting technical and software engineering professionals.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or another ATS.

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Supporting recruitment activity connected to major change and transformation programmes.
• Sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms and multiple talent channels.

Job description

Contract: 6 Months
Hourly Rate: £22 per hour (Umbrella)
London (occasional travel to client site, 1 day Per Month)
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our trusted partner, which operates within the Ed-Tech domain, employs over 10,000 individuals across 100 countries, and has a reach of 600 million users, is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager who has a strong background in software engineering & product environment on a contract basis for 6monts (with possible extension). This organisation has received significant investment to embark on a multinational digital transformation program leveraging the latest agentic AI tools.

The Role

• Managing end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Supporting recruitment activity connected to major change and transformation programmes.
• Sourcing candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms and multiple talent channels.
• Managing permanent, temporary, freelance and contracting recruitment.
• Partnering with hiring managers and People/HR colleagues to provide effective recruitment advice.

• Using recruitment data, market insight and hiring metrics to inform decision-making.

You’ll be recruiting across a range of specialist technical and digital positions, which may include roles such as:

• Data Scientists / Data Analysts
• Solutions / Technical Architects
• Cyber Security Specialists
• IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineers

About You

• Proven experience managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.
• Strong senior-level experience recruiting technical and software engineering professionals within an in-house environment.
• Experience working within a global or complex matrix organisation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or another ATS.
• Experience working through ambiguity and improving recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting across permanent, temporary, freelance and contract positions.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
