Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor to support a leading industrial automation client on our MSP program. You will work on site in Birmingham one day per week, with occasional travel to client sites across the UK, primarily Manchester.

You will recruit for contract and agency roles across blue and white collar functions, promoting the client’s values and delivering high-volume, high-governance staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an MSP and using VMS systems, Fieldglass experience is a plus.
• You will be adept at running reports and presenting data to stakeholders.
• You will partner with suppliers and manage relationships to support delivery across regions and projects.
• Exposure to international collaboration and high governance environments is expected.

Responsabilités

• Agile Delivery: Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions for both blue and white collar roles.
• Stakeholder Influence: Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers with market data guidance.
• Governance & Compliance: Operate within a regulated framework and audit standards.
• Relationship Management: Build trust with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Process Excellence: Drive VMS engagement and ensure data integrity for reporting.
