Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Talent Partner in Manchester with experience across MSP/RPO or agency environments, focusing on contract recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, delivery teams and stakeholders to align recruitment outputs with service levels and client expectations.

You will build credible relationships, use market insights to advise on hiring trends, and contribute to workforce planning while ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience within an MSP, RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment environment, ideally focused on contract recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of recruitment performance metrics, service delivery, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Managing contract recruitment activity across a key client account, ensuring vacancies are progressed in line with agreed service levels.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
• Partnering with delivery teams to monitor hiring demand, vacancy progress, and recruitment performance.
• Using recruitment data and market insights to provide advice on talent availability, hiring trends, and recruitment activity.
• Supporting workforce planning conversations, forecasting future hiring needs, and identifying opportunities to add value to the client.
• Maintaining accurate reporting and recruitment MI, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
