Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Talent Advisor to support a leading industrial automation client on our MSP program. You will work on site in Birmingham one day per week, with occasional travel to client sites across the UK, primarily Manchester.

You will recruit for contract and agency roles across blue and white collar functions, promoting the client’s values and delivering high-volume, high-governance staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an MSP and using VMS systems, Fieldglass experience is a plus.
• You will be adept at running reports and presenting data to stakeholders.
• You will partner with suppliers and manage relationships to support delivery across regions and projects.
• Exposure to international collaboration and high governance environments is expected.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Talent Advisor who will help us support our client who is a global market leader in industrial automation, and rail transport, the largest company in the European engineering sector. As a Talent Advisor working on our MSP program you will be part of a dynamic team working on site one day per week in Birmingham. Some travel to client sites across the UK is also expected.

You will recruit for contract employees and agency work across blue collar and white collar positions. You will actively promote our Client’s values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. Proactivity is essential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-governance environment and can balance niche technical requirements with high-volume delivery.

Your key responsibilities:

• Agile Delivery: Manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, shifting seamlessly between high-volume surges and specialised, niche roles.
• Stakeholder Influence: Act as a talent consultant to hiring managers, providing market data and guiding them through the contingent lifecycle.
• Governance & Compliance: Operate within a highly regulated framework, ensuring all hiring meets the audit standards of the rail and mobility sector.
• Relationship Management: Build deep-rooted trust with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure a seamless "one team" approach.
• Process Excellence: Drive VMS engagement and maintain data integrity to ensure reporting is accurate and actionable.

Your profile:

• Proven experience working in a MSP and using VMS systems, Fieldglass experience is a plus.
• Confident with data - running reports and presenting data.
• Experience in partnering with suppliers.
• Exposure to projects involving international collaboration.
• Compelling and clear communicator; you provide insights that help hiring managers make better workforce decisions.
• Excellent organisational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, and curious with a resilient "can-do" attitude and a continuous desire to learn.
• Happy to be on site in Birmingham one day per week and ability to travel to client’s site in Manchester.
