Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support our MSP program. You will work on-site in Birmingham one day per week, with travel to client sites across the UK, delivering an end-to-end candidate experience and partnering with suppliers and internal teams.

You will recruit for contract roles across blue and white collar positions, promoting the client brand and bringing the client experience to life for stakeholders. Proactivity and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Job description

We are looking fora Senior Talent Advisor who will help us support our client, a global market leader in industrial automation, and rail transport, the largest company in the European engineering sector. As a Senior Talent Advisor working on our MSP program you will be part of a dynamic team working on site one day per week in Birmingham. Some travel to client sites across the UK is also expected.

In this role, you will create an excellent end to end experience for the client, with support from the supplier and admin teams. You will recruit for contract employees and agency work across blue collar and white collar positions. You will actively promote our Client’s values in the market, be an ambassador for it’s culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. You will consult external talents/agencies and be a guide for all parties. Proactivity is essential.

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate directly with the Hiring Community and Procurement leads in the mobility space, advising them on market trends, specialized talent availability, and tailored recruitment strategies.
• Lead the Process: You manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for various job profiles across all the Mobility, Rail sector - maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring clean worker data and leading on MBRs (monthly business reviews).
• Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our internal sourcing experts and admins to review requisitions, KPIs and data accuracy.
• Deliver Insights: Use data, recruitment technology, and market intelligence to solve complex business needs and elevate recruitment from a transactional function to a strategic advantage.

Your profile:

• Proven experience working in a MSP.
• Proven experience using VMS systems, preferably Fieldglass.
• Confident with data - running reports and presenting data.
• Experience in partnering with suppliers.
• Exposure to projects involving international collaboration.
• Compelling and clear communicator, with superb stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Proactive, autonomous, and curious with a resilient "can-do" attitude and a continuous desire to learn.
• Happy to be on site in Birmingham one day per week and ability to travel to other sites across the UK.
