Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support our MSP program. You will work on-site in Birmingham one day per week, with travel to client sites across the UK, delivering an end-to-end candidate experience and partnering with suppliers and internal teams.

You will recruit for contract roles across blue and white collar positions, promoting the client brand and bringing the client experience to life for stakeholders. Proactivity and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• Proficient with VMS systems, preferably Fieldglass.
• Data-savvy with ability to run and present reports.
• Experience partnering with suppliers.
• Exposure to international projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Community and Procurement leads.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Mobility and Rail sectors.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing and admin teams; review requisitions and KPIs.
• Use data and market insights to elevate recruitment strategically.
