Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team for 12 months, driving live campaigns from briefing to offer and building scalable processes with automation and AI. You will own landside roles, source directly, partner with hiring managers, map the candidate journey, and implement changes across ATS Talos and automation tools, ensuring fairness and data protection.

Qualifications

• Solid full-cycle recruitment experience, gained in-house or agency.
• Direct sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and advisory capability.
• Experience building and embedding new recruitment systems or processes.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms and automation tools; Talos experience is a bonus.
• Curious about AI in recruitment with attention to fairness and data protection.
• Organised enough to balance live roles and project work.

Responsibilities

• Own live recruitment campaigns from briefing to offer for landside roles.
• Source candidates directly, build shortlists, and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Map and redesign the recruitment journey to reduce time and effort.
• Implement changes using ATS, automation, and AI; embed new processes across teams.
• Write guidance and process maps and measure the impact of changes.
• Ensure hiring practices are fair, inclusive, and compliant with data protection.
