Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a recruiter to help shape what comes next. For 12 months, you’ll work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, combining hands-on recruitment with building processes, automation and AI tools to accelerate hiring across our Bristol and Miami teams and our crews at sea.

You’ll own campaigns for landside roles, source talent directly, build shortlists and collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Solid full-cycle recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Confident direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and the credibility to advise and challenge.
• Experience building, implementing and embedding new systems or processes in a recruitment or HR setting.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms and automation tools (Talos is a bonus).
• Curious and practical about AI in recruitment, with a focus on fairness and data protection.
• Organised enough to balance live roles and project work.

Responsibilities

• Own campaigns for landside roles from briefing to offer.
• Source talent directly and build shortlists with hiring managers.
• Map recruitment journeys and redesign steps to speed up hiring.
• Embed new processes with the head of Talent Acquisition and write guidance.
• Ensure fair and compliant use of AI in hiring.
