Job summary

HSPG is seeking a driven Head of Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent strategy in London. You will own talent attraction, pipeline development and recruitment operations, using AI to speed decisions while preserving a high touch candidate experience.

Based on a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day at home), you will manage external recruiters, optimise Greenhouse and recruitment data, and shape the hiring budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of recruiting exceptional talent (in-house, agency or executive search).
• 5 years' recruitment experience or more.
• Experience across property or social impact sectors is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Attract talent across HSPG.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively source exceptional candidates rather than relying solely on applications and agencies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Create an excellent, memorable candidate experience at every stage.
• Own and maintain our recruitment tech, data and reporting.
• Manage and challenge external recruiters, including performance, terms and spend.
• Track the success of our hires beyond their start date and use insights to improve future hires.
• Support onboarding to ensure a seamless handover from candidate to employee.
• Manage the recruitment budget, ensuring spend within it.
