Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking an inspiring Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our volume recruitment operation across Retail and Garaging. You will drive strategy, staffing leadership, and data-driven decision making, integrating AI, automation, and new technologies to deliver faster, smarter hiring.

You’ll manage a team of three TA Team Leaders, partner with operations and People teams, and shape a high-performing, inclusive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building high-volume recruitment teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex hiring with competing priorities.
• Strong sourcing channels, talent pipelines and employer branding experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment metrics, dashboards and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and a wider team.
• Set objectives, KPIs and SLAs, plus coaching and development.
• Own volume sourcing and attraction strategy and optimize channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
