Overview

A growing services business is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director this is a new position for the business, offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to take ownership of the recruitment strategy.

Duties

Develop, manage, and coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle across the business, from approval to hire and onboarding.
Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements and advise on recruitment best practice.
Design and deliver a direct sourcing strategy, reducing time-to-hire and reliance on agencies while improving quality of hire.
Proactively source candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent pools.
Conduct market mapping and pipeline building for current and future business needs, including skills shortage areas.
Manage relationships with carefully selected recruitment/search agencies where required, ensuring value for money and consistent terms of business.

Requirements

To be considered you will have experience of working in-house as Talent Acquisition lead, previous experience of setting up a TA function is desirable and ability to work both operationally and strategically. This role requires the successful candidate to be in the office 4 days in the week.
