Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Experience sourcing for GTM functions such as Sales, Technical Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships or User Operations.
• Proven ability to identify and engage exceptional passive talent and build strong pipelines.
• Strong research and market-mapping skills, with ability to uncover talent beyond traditional channels.
• Sound talent judgement to recognise demonstrated experience and potential.
• Proactive and creative approach to sourcing; curious and persistent to explore new talent pools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage candidates authentically.
• Strong collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers across regions and cultures.
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with quality.
• Data-informed mindset, using metrics and market insights to improve outcomes.
• Experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter and enthusiasm for AI-enabled sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities and develop targeted sourcing strategies across GTM functions.
• Identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for immediate hiring and longer-term needs.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing approaches with market intelligence and networks.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess fit, motivations and alignment with role requirements.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and competitive landscapes to inform hiring strategies.
• Refine search strategies in collaboration with teams; evaluate pipeline quality and adjust accordingly.
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion.
• Champion inclusive sourcing across diverse backgrounds and talent pools.
• Experiment with AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing efficiency while maintaining human judgement.
• Share best practices and market insights within the recruiting organization.
