The G&E Group is a consortium of executive search firms specialising in Life Sciences, Civil Engineering, Data Centre Infrastructure, Renewable Resources, Logistics, and Talent Management & Search Solutions.

With six internal brands operating across the UK (London, Leeds, and Nottingham) and internationally (Miami and Dubai), the G&E Group is committed to year-on-year growth.

To support this growth, we seek an ambitious graduate-level or experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team. The internal recruitment function is pivotal in driving the success and future development of the group and our partner brands.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Work consultatively with the Hiring Managers across our six brands to successfully deliver the full recruitment cycle for their hiring needs.
  • Conduct briefings with Hiring managers, gaining an understanding of their hiring needs and advising on the most appropriate candidate attraction strategies for their role(s).
  • Decide on and execute the appropriate recruitment strategy for your roles, inclusive of sourcing, screening, assessment, and short-listing using various direct sourcing methods and all resources available to you.
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels and ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, and many advantages of employment, selling both the group and the opportunity.
  • Support, challenge, and drive best practice at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Utilise the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) and maintain data integrity.
