THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone who has just graduated who wants to carve out a career with us!

Talent Acquisition as a fundamentally important part of our business. The person who comes into this position will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential new consultants through a variety of different sources (LinkedIn, job boards, social media), building and maintaining relationships with existing consultants as they come into the business & work with Senior stakeholders across the business to directly support with the growth of their teams.

We are a fast-paced environment and therefore, you will have complete control of your own path and progression. How quickly you up the ranks, is up to you! Reporting into the Director of Operations and Learning you will get hands on support to be successful in your position but to also reach your own personal goals.

We will give you all of the tools you need in order to be successful, all we ask is that you come with an ambitious mindset & ready to fully immerse yourself in all aspects of the business! There will be an exciting opportunity for you in the future, where you will have the opportunity to take the lead on growing our American office with a potential to travel out there.
