About the Role

Location: London or Southampton

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support a team of 7 Talent Acquisition Business Partners by handling administrative tasks essential to recruitment processes. This role also connects the Talent Acquisition team with HR Operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Interview Coordination: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and confirm availability with candidates and managers.
  • Inbox Management: Manage a busy inbox, respond promptly to queries, and provide excellent service to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute ideas and collaborate to keep the team organized and reduce administrative workload.
  • ATS Management: Update candidate and requisition records in Workday on behalf of the TA team.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, addressing queries across different business units.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR Admin and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in projects such as implementing bi-annual updates to Workday and reviewing processes between Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
About You
  • Experience working in an in-house recruitment team or RPO as a coordinator or administrator.
  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and willingness to assist.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking process improvements.
  • Enjoys teamwork and contributing positively to the team environment.
