A leading fashion brand seeks a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in their talent acquisition efforts for retail positions. You will manage recruitment processes, maintain ATS accuracy, and ensure a positive experience for candidates. JOB PURPOSE
To support the Talent Acquisition Manager/Specialist with the overall recruitment process. You'll assist with the coordination of talent management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for all retail store positions. You will also maintain effective recruitment processes, systems, and tools, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and contributing to the strong representation of Prada Group's employment brand and culture.
This is a Fixed-Term Contract up to 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and administrative support.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an agency (retail sector preferred) or in-house recruitment.
Advanced proficiency with digital tools, including a solid command of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
A passion for luxury customer service and a genuine interest in the fashion industry.
