Job summary

Integrated Service Solutions Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer on a fixed-term contract to support the Talent Acquisition team. The role involves sourcing candidates, initial screening calls and ensuring a positive candidate experience across the business.

You will build relationships with candidates, use multiple channels and coordinate interviews with hiring managers while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, administration or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract and engage candidates via job boards and social media.
• Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Shortlist and present suitable candidates for vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
• Provide a professional, positive candidate experience at every stage.
