Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK is seeking an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor to help attract great people. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers, combining sourcing, recruitment expertise and data insights to deliver top talent across Sunbelt Rentals.

We operate on a hybrid basis with three days per week in the office, and occasional travel across the UK to meet hiring needs. The role requires internal recruitment experience, strong networking skills and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• A strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and ATS technology such as Eploy.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities.
• Experience creating engaging job adverts and recruitment content.
• A passion for delivering a brilliant candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment-related employment law.
• A collaborative, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively sourcing and pipelining talent across a broad range of roles.
• Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to find and engage candidates.
• Creating targeted campaigns for key and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Using recruitment data to continually improve quality, time, cost and experience.
• Advising managers on sourcing, selection and recruitment best practice.
• Working across the wider People Team to create a smooth candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
