Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor in the UK to find and attract top talent. You will partner with Hiring Managers, proactively source and pipeline candidates, and use channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and Eploy to fill a broad range of roles.

You will create campaigns, use recruitment data to drive quality and efficiency, and advise managers on best practices while supporting a positive candidate and Hiring Manager experience across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and ATS technology such as Eploy.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities.
• Experience creating engaging job adverts and recruitment content.
• A passion for delivering a brilliant candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment-related employment law.
• A collaborative, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Proactively source and pipeline talent across a broad range of roles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to engage candidates.
• Create targeted campaigns for hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Use recruitment data to improve quality, time, cost and experience.
• Advise managers on sourcing, selection and recruitment best practice.
• Work with the wider People Team to ensure a smooth candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
