Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor to help find and attract great people across the business. You’ll partner with Hiring Managers, source proactively, and use data insights to deliver the right talent. The role includes creating engaging campaigns and advising on best practices, with hybrid work and UK travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong track record of direct sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and ATS technology such as Eploy.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities.
• Experience creating engaging job adverts and recruitment content.
• Passion for delivering a brilliant candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment-related employment law.
• Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Flexibility to travel across the UK when needed.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us find and attract great people across Sunbelt Rentals UK. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers, combining proactive sourcing, recruitment expertise and data insights to deliver the right talent for our business.

Your Role Will Include

We currently work on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week in the office or one of our locations. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
