Job summary

Motorsport Network, LLC is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, partnering with hiring managers to source, engage, and secure top-tier candidates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, design search strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, while ensuring GDPR compliance and contributing to initiatives across talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Significant talent acquisition experience managing large volumes of roles and priorities
• Proven TA experience in motorsport, automotive, engineering or aerospace
• Strong data management and spreadsheet skills with ability to build pipelines
• Exceptional interviewing ability and stakeholder influence at all levels
• Resilience in a high-pressure environment and adaptability to evolving demands
• Experience designing and implementing recruitment process improvements with measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, tailor search strategies, and recruit for key roles across commercial and business support functions
• Take ownership of designated recruitment areas and act as a trusted recruitment partner
• Source and pipeline candidates using creative methods to maintain a robust talent flow
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing and offer negotiation
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and engagement
• Support on early careers initiatives (student placements, graduate programs) and maximize candidate engagement
• Ensure GDPR compliance, recruitment policies, and agency usage guidelines while maintaining records
• Support management of agency relationships and ensure compliance with preferred supplier arrangements
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and wider Talent Acquisition initiatives
