Job summary

unybrands is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our in-house team on a 3-month contract with the potential to extend. You will manage a portfolio of live vacancies and drive end-to-end recruitment, from intake to offer, while prioritising a candidate-first experience.

You will partner with hiring managers across the UK, EU, and US, owning direct sourcing strategies and coordinating interviews, feedback, and offers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition, full-cycle recruitment.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage many roles.
• Strong direct sourcing using multiple channels.
• Experience with UK employment requirements and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live vacancies from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Lead direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct structured first-stage interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Assist with offers, negotiations, and ATS record-keeping.
