Job summary

Field Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. You will own end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior leaders, and build talent pipelines while shaping our employer brand across the business.

You will work in a hybrid setup, reporting to the Head of People, and will leverage your headhunting expertise to fill niche roles in a fast-growing renewable infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in filling niche roles in competitive markets.
• Strong in-house recruitment experience.
• Organised, methodical approach with efficient hiring workflows.
• Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in Excel.
• Resilience and creativity in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to understand hiring needs and advise through the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Proactively build talent pipelines and engage candidates for future roles.
• Design and optimize efficient hiring processes with hiring managers.
• Review and improve performance tracking tools and KPIs.
• Shape employer brand through content, events and attraction tools.
• Scope and deliver projects beyond core role (benefits design, comms, training, EDI).
