Join Us in Shaping the Future of Talent at Insite Energy

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and play a pivotal role in supporting Insite Energy's continued growth.

This is far more than a recruitment role. You'll be the driving force behind our talent attraction strategy, partnering with leaders across the business to identify, attract and develop the people who will help shape our future. From sourcing exceptional talent and building our employer brand, to expanding our apprenticeship programme and launching graduate pathways, you'll have the autonomy and influence to make a lasting impact.

If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys finding innovative ways to attract great people, and wants the opportunity to shape talent initiatives from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:
Owning Talent Acquisition

You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across both field-based and office-based teams, ensuring an exceptional experience for hiring managers and candidates alike. You’ll:

  • Lead recruitment campaigns from vacancy brief through to offer acceptance.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and hard-to-find talent.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring capability and recruitment best practice.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Insite's values and culture.
Strengthening Our Employer Brand

You’ll help position Insite as an employer of choice within our sector by:

  • Creating engaging recruitment content and job advertisements.
  • Supporting the development of our careers site and LinkedIn presence.
  • Showcasing our culture, values and employee experience to prospective candidates.
  • Driving external engagement activities that strengthen our reputation in the market.
Developing Early Careers Talent

A key part of this role is helping to develop the next generation of talent through:

  • Managing and enhancing our apprenticeship programme.
  • Building strong relationships with colleges, universities and training providers.
  • Expanding apprenticeships across multiple business functions.
  • Supporting the design and launch of our graduate programme.
Partnering on Workforce Planning

Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll:

  • Understand future workforce needs and translate them into proactive recruitment plans.
  • Support talent mapping and succession planning activities.
  • Contribute to role levelling and career framework initiatives.
  • Help ensure we have the skills and capability required to support future growth.
Driving Insight and Continuous Improvement

You’ll use data and market intelligence to shape recruitment strategy by:

  • Monitoring recruitment performance and key metrics.
  • Producing meaningful reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Conducting salary and benefits benchmarking.
  • Tracking industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce agency reliance.
Leading Talent Projects

You’ll also have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, including:

  • Recruitment process improvements.
  • Talent attraction and employer branding projects.
  • Hiring manager capability and recruitment skills training.
  • Apprenticeship, graduate and future talent development programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
  • Strong direct sourcing experience, including attracting candidates into specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience working across diverse workforces, including field-based, office-based and hybrid employees.
  • Experience managing apprenticeship and/or graduate programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, GDPR and recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using recruitment data to inform decisions.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the confidence to work autonomously.
Desirable
  • Experience within utilities, energy or engineering environments.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above).

  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
What You'll Get in Return:
  • 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working, with the flexibility to work primarily from home.

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) providing confidential support and wellbeing services.
  • Paid volunteering days through our Do Right With Insite programme.
  • Regular company social events, including our annual Summer and Winter celebrations.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growing and ambitious business.
Working Pattern & Location:

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
