Job summary
BT Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Volume & Campaigns Talent Acquisition to lead strategy and delivery for high-volume hiring across the UK. Qualifications
- Proven experience leading high-volume recruitment in a large, complex organisation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, external suppliers and commercial partners to shape recruitment strategy.
- Experience leading teams through change, transformation and continuous improvement using data, tech and automation.
Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into TA strategies.
- Lead volume recruitment delivery to meet targets at scale and improve efficiency.
- Drive recruitment innovation through data, technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop and mentor a geographically dispersed team across the UK and India.
