Halfords is seeking an inspiring Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the volume recruitment operation across Retail and Garaging, shaping the future of our hiring during peak trading periods.

You will lead three Talent Acquisition Team Leaders, set clear objectives, harness data and market insight, and partner with operations, marketing and People teams to attract, assess and hire great people using AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading high-volume recruitment functions.
• Strong experience shaping recruitment strategy and delivery.
• Skilled in using data to drive hiring decisions and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop three Talent Acquisition Team Leaders and a wider team.
• Set objectives, KPIs, and SLAs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Own volume sourcing and attraction strategy to improve volumes and quality of hire.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
