• Proven experience leading recruiters in high-volume roles.
• Strong frontline and operational recruitment background.
• Experience hiring self-employed workers is a plus.
• Excellent sourcing and talent-pipeline skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive high-volume recruitment across frontline, operational and customer-facing roles.
• Support recruitment across specialist and professional disciplines where required.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment expertise.
• Develop effective attraction and sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and reduce agency dependency.
• Monitor recruitment performance and ensure delivery against agreed KPIs and service levels.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, improve performance and support business decision‑making.
• Champion the use of recruitment technology, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and candidate attraction.
• Manage agency relationships and support recruitment governance and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes and ways of working.
