Talent Acquisition Coordinator - High Volume Recruitment (Justice & Immigration)

Location: Remote (required onsite adhoc)

Contract: 3-Month FTC

Division: Justice & Immigration

Rate: £13.35 per hour PAYE

Play a key role in keeping essential services running. Join our client's in-house recruitment team and help us hire the people who make a difference.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Justice & Immigration division with high-volume recruitment campaigns. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from application to offer - helping us source, assess and hire frontline professionals into vital roles.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for frontline roles - from screening to offer.
  • Reviewing applications, online assessment results and eligibility criteria (e.g. right to work, vetting, health).
  • Coordinating and conducting structured virtual interviews as the designated hiring manager.
  • Providing timely and professional candidate feedback and communications throughout the process.
  • Issuing verbal offers and guiding candidates through the vetting and onboarding process.
  • Handling candidate and stakeholder queries via inbox and inbound calls (via the STORM rota).
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (SuccessFactors or Phenom).
  • Reporting on campaign progress and raising any risks or concerns to the Campaign Lead.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment - ideally in-house or for public sector contracts.
  • Confident conducting virtual interviews and making hiring decisions independently.
  • Organised and responsive, with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and working with structured recruitment processes.
