Overview

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - High Volume Recruitment (Justice & Immigration)

Location: Remote (required onsite adhoc)

Play a key role in keeping essential services running. Join our client's in-house recruitment team and help us hire the people who make a difference.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Justice & Immigration division with high-volume recruitment campaigns. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from application to offer - helping us source, assess and hire frontline professionals into vital roles.

What you'll be doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for frontline roles - from screening to offer.
Reviewing applications, online assessment results and eligibility criteria (e.g. right to work, vetting, health).
Coordinating and conducting structured virtual interviews as the designated hiring manager.
Providing timely and professional candidate feedback and communications throughout the process.
Issuing verbal offers and guiding candidates through the vetting and onboarding process.
Handling candidate and stakeholder queries via inbox and inbound calls (via the STORM rota).
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (SuccessFactors or Phenom).
Reporting on campaign progress and raising any risks or concerns to the Campaign Lead.

What we're looking for

Experience in high-volume recruitment - ideally in-house or for public sector contracts.
Confident conducting virtual interviews and making hiring decisions independently.
Organised and responsive, with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
Comfortable using ATS platforms and working with structured recruitment processes.
