Talent Acquisition Associate

We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who’s ready to bring their expertise to a fast‑paced, high‑performing team. The Role
  • Coordinate university recruiting, including campus/virtual events, materials, marketing, and career‑centre relationships.
  • Oversee high‑volume scheduling, interview logistics, candidate communication, and applicant tracking processes.
  • Manage job postings, recruiting reports, and dashboards, and support offer‑decision meetings.
  • Contribute to in‑office talent programmes (training, orientation, summer programmers), off‑season projects, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Attend events and ensure smooth information flow across the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
You will have
  • Experienced in a Talent or Recruitment role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Experience in early careers or campus recruitment, ideally facilitating graduate hiring and onboarding
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems & in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Shows strong organisation and multitasking under tight deadlines, clear written and verbal communication, a proactive and detail‑driven approach, and the flexibility and collaboration needed to succeed in a dynamic environment
