Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Systems Engineering Lead to establish and drive systems engineering practices across its operational technology landscape. You will act as the subject matter expert, providing leadership and technical assurance on projects and programmes.

You will lead system definition, telemetry standards and architecture governance, collaborating with software, electronics, infrastructure, networking, broadcast and operations teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end system design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Proven ability to author, review and manage technical requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive systems engineering processes across the organisation.
• Own governance for requirements and interface specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture and integration activities.
