Job summary

Formula 1 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Engineering Lead to establish and drive engineering practices across its operational technology landscape.

You will shape system definitions, telemetry data standards and architecture, leading cross-functional teams of engineers, suppliers and partners to deliver safe, high-performance systems for live events and digital platforms at Biggin Hill and beyond.

Qualifications

• Degree or advanced degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong experience in systems engineering lifecycle management and governance.
• Proven ability to author and review requirements, specifications and artefacts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain SE processes, standards and governance across projects.
• Act as SME and provide technical assurance across programmes.
• Develop SE capability through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
