DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Systems Clerk to join our Rushden warehouse team. You will act as a warehouse systems super user, supporting colleagues with queries and troubleshooting, and ensuring inbound/outbound activities are accurately processed in the warehouse management system.

You will monitor system activity, investigate errors, resolve discrepancies, and generate reports to aid operational decisions. This hands-on role emphasizes stock accuracy and cross-team collaboration.

• Maintain documentation for stock movements, receipts and dispatches.
• Generate reports and analyse data to support performance decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations and Inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
• Escalate system faults and support solution implementation.
• Support management with admin and operational tasks; maintain safety.

Join our team as a Systems Clerk and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operation running smoothly. This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role that acts as the link between Operations and Inventory, supporting colleagues through warehouse systems, resolving issues, and ensuring stock and orders are processed accurately.

• Acting as a warehouse systems "super user", supporting colleagues with system queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Processing inbound deliveries and outbound orders, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately within the warehouse management system.
• Monitoring system activity, investigating errors, and resolving order or stock discrepancies.
• Completing and maintaining accurate documentation for stock movements, receipts, and dispatches.
• Generating reports and analysing data to support operational performance and decision-making.
• Working closely with Operations and Inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and smooth warehouse processes.
• Escalating system faults where required and supporting the implementation of solutions.
• Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as needed while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Has experience using warehouse management systems, stock control systems, or operational systems (desirable).
• Thrives in a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
