Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This permanent, full-time role offers Monday–Friday shifts and a pay rate of £29,843 per year.

You will manage depots, communicate with customers, handle calls, and build strong customer relationships. Regular interviews are planned; travel to Scunthorpe is required.

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1500/0700-1600/0800-1700. 45 Hours p/w.
Location: Scunthorpe, DN15

• Managing depots against our system to ensure deliveries are running on time
• Communicating with customers to provide updates on deliveries
• Make outgoing and take incoming calls to resolve queries
• Maintains effective relationships with customers
• Develops and delivers high quality / innovative services and solutions
• Regularly reviews and communicates progress against objectives and adjusts as needed
