Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a Stock & Admin Clerk on a permanent, full-time basis. The role rotates across shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) and focuses on accurate stock control and efficient warehouse administration.

You will perform stock movements, reconcile discrepancies and support audit requirements, with a proactive approach to maintaining stock integrity and data quality.

Qualifications

• Previous stock control experience within a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems; knowledge of JDA / Blue Yonder is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of stock integrity and data quality

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory management and the smooth flow of stock throughout the supply chain
• Process goods receipts, returns, and stock movements accurately and efficiently within the Warehouse Management System
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock levels are correctly reflected within system data
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions where required
• Support warehouse compliance by completing stock audits and ensuring all processes are followed in line with operational and customer requirements

Shift patterns: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday Rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Location: Worksop - S80 3EG

As a Stock & Admin Clerk - Rotational, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse throughout the shift.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for stock control activities, processing goods movements within the Warehouse Management System, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining stock accuracy and operational performance.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
