Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Scunthorpe is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join our team. The role focuses on depot management, keeping deliveries on time, and providing customers with timely updates. You will handle calls to resolve queries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0600 - 1500/0700-1600/0800-1700. 45 Hours p/w.
Location: Scunthorpe, DN15
