Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions. You will support the Senior Systems Analyst, assist with requirements analysis, documentation and day-to-day support of critical business applications in a collaborative environment.

You will contribute to ensuring reliable performance through issue investigation, testing and guided solution implementation, with potential on-call activities outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a systems or IT support role or equivalent graduate-level experience.
• Ability to gather, document and validate business and system requirements.
• Experience supporting critical business applications and participating in testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Support day-to-day operation of business-critical applications in a live environment.
• Assist with issue investigation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Work within IT service management processes (ticketing, change, release).
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand system behaviour.
• Contribute to testing activities including UAT and defect logging.
• Develop understanding of system integrations and data flows.
