Superdry is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements with technical solutions. You will own day-to-day support for critical applications, lead incident investigations, and mentor junior analysts. The role involves on-call responsibilities and close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

You will drive ITSM processes, manage testing and UAT, and apply strong SQL and data-analysis skills to understand data flows and system integrations.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in systems/application support or business analysis.
• Experience gathering, documenting and validating requirements with stakeholders.
• Experience supporting live business-critical applications.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, ticketing, change and release management.
• Strong documentation skills in Confluence or similar tool.
• Ability to lead testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations between applications.
