Job summary

Hilton London Gatwick is seeking a Switchboard Operator to deliver exceptional guest service. You will operate the switchboard, answer and forward calls, transfer to the right person, and take messages as needed.

We offer £26,520 per year plus service charge, 28 days holiday, free meals on duty, uniform, parking, and staff discounts. The role requires a calm, organised approach and strong English communication.

Operating switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.
