The ideal candidate has automotive service-advisor experience, a full driving licence, and a proactive, engaging attitude.

Customer Service Advisor needed in the Swindon area for a Commercial Vehicle client.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers.You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.

This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:

• Planning of schedule servicing
• MOT bookings
• Job creation
• Obtaining and updating of order numbers
• Liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.

Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure.You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.

For this Customer Service Advisor position you will have:

• Ideally previous experience working as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
• Full driving licence

Basic Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch

Every third Saturday mornings 8.00 am to 12 noon.

Holiday is 20 days plus 8 statutory bank holidays.Increase with time served
