Job summary

Leisure Focus is hiring a Swimming Coordinator at Windsor Leisure Centre. The role is full-time and involves managing staff, delivering learn-to-swim programmes, and ensuring adherence to the National Teaching Plan.

You will oversee the swimming curriculum, maintain high customer service standards, manage bookings and payments, and report monthly performance. DBS disclosure may be required; benefits include a pension and gym access.

Qualifications

• The candidate must demonstrate extensive knowledge of learn to swim programmes and the ASA National Teaching Plan.
• Ability to teach and manage a team of staff is essential.
• Fully qualified Level 2 Swimming Teacher is required; NPLQ and First Aid at Work are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate swimming programme across Windsor Leisure Centre.
• Ensure programme follows National Teaching Plan and branding is implemented.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Complete monthly budgets and performance analysis with statistics.
• Liaise with Swim Manager to meet contract objectives.
• Update booking system and manage enrolment/payments.
• Lead regular site meetings with teachers to disseminate information.
