Leisure Solutions Community Trust (LSCT) is seeking a Swimming Coordinator to lead and develop a thriving swimming lessons programme at The Weald Sport Centre, Cranbrook. You will supervise a team of swimming teachers, coordinate sessions and work with local schools and partners to grow participation and ensure a high-quality experience.
You will monitor performance, report on KPIs and support operational delivery, including teaching when needed.
Location: The Weald Sport Centre, Cranbrook, TN17 2PN
Hourly Rate: £13.57 plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-Time, 15 hours per week plus additional teaching hours available from December 2026 to make up 40 hours per week. Typical shifts: Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm, Saturday & Sunday between 8am and 12pm. Shift times are flexible.

Support with the marketing and promotion of the Swimming Lesson programme
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role
