Job summary

Leisure Focus is seeking a Swimming Coordinator in Windsor to lead the swimming programme and manage a team of staff. The role focuses on delivering Learn to Swim through the ASA plan and ensuring branding and high customer service. It is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to £28,500 per year.

The successful candidate will coordinate lessons, manage enrollments, and collaborate with the Swim Manager to meet contractual targets while maintaining strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of learn to swim programmes and the ASA National Teaching Plan.
• Ability to teach and manage a team of staff.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the swimming programme across Windsor Leisure Centre.
• Ensure the programme complies with the National Teaching Plan.
• Implement the swimming lesson brand at Windsor Leisure Centre.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Complete monthly budget and performance analysis data.
• Liaise with the Swim Manager to meet contract objectives.
• Update the booking system for enrolments and payments.
• Chair regular site/teacher meetings.
