Job summary

We Are Swim is seeking Operations Assistants to ensure a first-class, clean, warm and safe experience for every visit at our venues. You will welcome families, engage with parents, and uphold high hygiene and safety standards while assisting swimmers and learners.

The role emphasizes energy, reliability, and a genuine care for every swimmer’s journey, with opportunities to work across multiple venues when nearby.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high teaching and safety standards.
• Desirable: water rescue or lifesaving qualification (STA Safety Award, L3 Lifeguard or RLSS NRASTC or NPLQ).
• Desirable: First Aid Qualifications and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families and engaging with parents.
• Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness at site.
• Communicate confidently with existing and new customers and resolve on-site queries.
• Be a pioneer for the brand with a clear passion for its aims and values.
• Support attendees with first aid when appropriate.
• Provide poolside supervisory duties during lessons.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay current.
