Job summary

We Are Swim is seeking engaging Operations Assistants to support venues and ensure a first-class, clean, warm and safe experience for every visit. You will bring energy and personality to each shift while maintaining high hygiene, safety and customer service standards for children and parents.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor, a passion for swimming, strong communication skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to high teaching and safety standards.
• Desirable: water rescue or lifesaving qualifications (STA Safety Award, L3 Lifeguard, RLSS NRASTC or NPLQ).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care at venues, welcoming families and engaging with parents.
• Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness on site for a safe, warm environment.
• Confidently communicate with customers and resolve queries on-site.
• Be a pioneer for the brand with passion for its aims and values.
• Support attendees with first aid responses when appropriate.
• Provide poolside supervision during lessons.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of lesson layouts and collaborate with the team.
• Attend training and team meetings to stay current and improve.
