Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a School Swim Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the centres School Swimming programme and to be responsible for all staff operating within the Schools Swimming lesson programme. You will work closely with the Swim School Manager and build positive relationships with external partners.

The role requires 37 hours per week on a rota basis, with DBS checks and a focus on customer service and staff development.

Qualifications

• ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher Certificate.
• Experience in a swim school coordinator/management role.
• Experience in problem solving, customer service and staff management.
• Experience of using courses & bookings management software (e.g. On Course/Course Pro).
• DBS check to be carried out.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the centre's School Swimming programme.
• Maintain a close working relationship with the Swim School Manager.
• Develop positive working relationships with external partners.
