Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Swimming Coordinator to manage the swim programme, schedule 1:1 lessons, and coordinate school swim programmes. You will lead swim teachers, deliver excellent customer service to pool users, and empower instructors to help swimmers reach their fitness goals.

The role requires prior management experience and a commercial mindset, with knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Commercial background, ideally in swimming.
• Commitment to Continuous Personal Development with at least 2 courses/workshops per year.
• Good knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway.

Responsibilities

• Manage the swim programme and schedule 1:1 lessons.
• Coordinate school swim programmes and manage swim teachers.
• Deliver high level customer service to pool customers.
• Empower instructors to motivate and instruct pupils to improve swimming skills.
